Agreement
By visiting this website and/or performing transactions (bookings) on this site, you irrevocably agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.
Booking & Reservations
All bookings are requests until confirmed by The YAAD Collective within 24 hours.
Valid full name, email, and phone number required.
Access code issued upon confirmation for the Member Portal.
Booking confirmation is subject to villa/suite availability.
Individuals making reservations certify they are not existing Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club members, as members must book directly with the club.
You may request one alteration to your booking and must submit it via email no less than 1 month prior to arrival. Alterations cover party size, dates, names, and accommodations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in denial.
Payment Terms
50% non-refundable deposit required within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Remaining 50% due no later than 30 days before check-in date.
Failure to pay remaining balance results in automatic cancellation; deposit forfeited.
All-inclusive resort fees are separate and paid directly at resort check-in in USD.
Accepted payment methods communicated upon booking confirmation (bank transfer, credit card).
All villa/suite prices quoted in USD.
Cancellation & No-Show
You may cancel your reservation 1 month prior to arrival and receive a full service fee accreditation. Refunds are not offered.
Cancellations within one month of arrival forfeit the service fee entirely.
Full refund issued ONLY if The YAAD Collective cancels or cannot provide the booked accommodation.
All refunds processed within 14 business days to original payment method.
Date changes subject to availability and may incur rate differences.
Emergency Date Changes Due to Flight Issues
We understand life is unpredictable. If you miss your flight or experience significant travel delays, you may reschedule your trip up to your planned check-in date.
The resort will adjust your booking by shifting the dates accordingly, subject to availability at the resort.
Contact us immediately if you experience flight issues so we can coordinate with the resort on your behalf.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in will not be permitted if the lead passenger is not present.
Late check-out must be requested at check-in directly with the hotel and is subject to availability.
The lead passenger must be 18 years or older and present throughout the entire stay.
Only the named lead passenger may check in the group. Changes to the lead passenger require 48-hour notice.
All-Inclusive Resort Fees
The all-inclusive rate is mandatory at Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club and is charged at check-in.
Photo identification required for children receiving the discounted rate.
Any guest checking into the resort after 12:00 AM midnight pays 50% for the first night.
Christmas Eve (Dec 24) and New Year's Eve (Dec 31) gala dinners are mandatory supplements with no exceptions.
Paid directly to resort at check-in in USD. Not collected by The YAAD Collective.
VIP Bracelet Policy
Each confirmed guest receives a VIP Blue Bracelet at check-in. Bracelets are reusable and must be returned at check-out.
Guests not included on the booking confirmation will be charged $200 USD per day and will receive a non-VIP bracelet.
A fine of $200 USD will be charged per bracelet if lost, broken, or damaged.
Party size increases require 48-hour advance notification. Decreases must be communicated to receive a revised confirmation.
Guest Responsibilities & Occupancy
Maximum occupancy per villa/suite must be respected at all times.
Over-occupancy will result in an upgrade fee of $200 USD and/or refusal of extra persons from checking in.
Under-occupancy may result in relocation based on a minimum 2-person occupancy per bedroom.
Guests are responsible for all children and accompanying persons in their party.
No pets are permitted on the resort property.
No subletting, unauthorized guests, or commercial use of the property.
Resort quiet hours and community rules apply at all times.
Guests must comply with all Dominican Republic laws during their stay.
Golf Cart Policy
Complimentary golf carts are provided with 4+ bedroom villa bookings for the duration of your stay.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the golf cart during their rental period.
Golf carts must be operated in accordance with resort rules and driven only on designated paths.
Liability & Disclaimers
The YAAD Collective acts as a booking agent and is not the owner or operator of the resort.
Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring during your stay. Guests must report any damage immediately and are responsible for associated fees.
The resort cannot guarantee specific views, unit locations, or requested accommodations, even if specified on confirmations.
The resort is not liable for airline-related costs or travel disruptions.
The resort reserves the right to deny extra guest additions during limited availability periods and to remove guests for unacceptable behavior.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests.
Photos and descriptions are representative; minor variations may occur.
Changes & Force Majeure
Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.) entitle guests to rescheduling at no penalty or a booking credit for future use.
No cash refunds for force majeure cancellations.
The YAAD Collective reserves the right to update these terms with 30 days notice.
Continued use of booking services after updates constitutes acceptance.
Privacy & Data
Guest information (name, email, phone, special requests) collected solely for booking management and communication.
Data shared with resort partner only as needed for check-in and stay coordination.
Guest data is never sold to third parties.
Guests may request deletion of their personal data by emailing info@yaadcollective.com.

Disputes to be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
These terms are interpreted and executed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Ontario, with exclusive jurisdiction applying to all site visitors and transactions.
