Booking & Reservations

All bookings are requests until confirmed by The YAAD Collective within 24 hours.

Valid full name, email, and phone number required.

Access code issued upon confirmation for the Member Portal.

Booking confirmation is subject to villa availability.

Payment Terms

50% non-refundable deposit required within 48 hours of booking confirmation.

Remaining 50% due no later than 30 days before check-in date.

Failure to pay remaining balance results in automatic cancellation; deposit forfeited.

All-inclusive resort fees are separate and paid directly at resort check-in.

Accepted payment methods communicated upon booking confirmation (bank transfer, credit card).

All prices quoted in USD.

Full refund issued ONLY if The YAAD Collective cancels or cannot provide the booked villa.

All refunds processed within 14 business days to original payment method.

Date changes subject to availability and may incur rate differences.

All-Inclusive Resort Fees

All-inclusive is mandatory at Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club.

Late arrival (after 4 PM): 50% discount on first night's all-inclusive fee only.

Gala supplement: +$80/adult, +$40/child on December 24 and December 31.

Paid directly to resort at check-in — not collected by The YAAD Collective.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are liable for any property damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Maximum occupancy per villa must be respected.

Resort quiet hours and community rules apply at all times.

No subletting, unauthorized guests, or commercial use of the property.

Guests must comply with all Dominican Republic laws during their stay.

Liability & Disclaimers

The YAAD Collective acts as a booking agent and is not the owner or operator of the resort.

Not liable for changes to resort amenities, services, or facilities.

Not liable for weather conditions, travel disruptions, or delays.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests.

Rates and availability are subject to change until formally confirmed.

Photos and descriptions are representative; minor variations may occur.

Changes & Force Majeure

Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.) entitle guests to rescheduling at no penalty or a booking credit for future use.

No cash refunds for force majeure cancellations.

The YAAD Collective reserves the right to update these terms with 30 days notice.

Continued use of booking services after updates constitutes acceptance.

Privacy & Data

Guest information (name, email, phone, special requests) collected solely for booking management and communication.

Data shared with resort partner only as needed for check-in and stay coordination.

Guest data is never sold to third parties.

Guests may request deletion of their personal data by emailing Bookings@yaadcollective.com.
